Returns & Refund Policy

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.

To initiate a return, contact support@echogeeks.com with your order number and reason for return.

Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you within 3 business days. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item arrives defective or incorrect. In that case, we cover return shipping and send a replacement at no extra cost.

Size & Order Mistakes: We are not responsible for orders placed with incorrect size or item selection. Please review our size chart carefully before purchasing. If you ordered the wrong size, we may offer an exchange at our discretion, however return shipping costs will be the customer's responsibility.
